Adair was founded by French Huguenots in
the 17th century. Their ten acres of vines are composed of three
white varieties: Seyval Blanc, Vignoles and Chardonnay, and two
red varieties, Foch and Millot, plus an experimental planting of
Pinot noir.

Salem Winery
Westchester County's only winery. The
vineyard produces four varieties of white and red wines from
