Greenvale Vineyards is in its second
year as a winery operation and in its 17th year as a vineyard
operation. The Parker family built the "Ferme Orne" throughout the
1860's. The wines are said to be excellent examples of temperate
climate wines, something the Parkers have been working towards for
many years.

Just planted in 1977, Newport Vineyards
has an amazing selection of wines for such a new vineyard! Great
White is a crowd pleaser, and their port is smooth and sweet.
Fourteen varieties make this a great stop any time you head
towards Newport.
Sakonnet

Located in Little Compton, RI, Sakonnet
was founded in 1975. Wine production has climbed to over 50,000
cases annually. They grow Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir,
Cabernet Franc and Vidal Blanc.
